All quotes are completed after an initial 30 minute consultation, in which we discuss your needs and what layout/package is best for you. Your final quote for the work will be completed within 3 working days and emailed to you.

Unfortunately we do not supply base vehicles for conversion - we do however occasionally have Van Nest Campers Ltd for sale.

Any campervan conversion will come with a 12 month parts guarantee - which means you have peace of mind for your travels. Any gas work will have a gas safety check completed on it before the van is returned to you.

Yes! we offer a range of campervan services, from fitting water tanks to fitting windows. Check out our services page for quotes.

Our conversions (dependent on layout design) take between 6-8 weeks.

We know the conversion process can be daunting - handing your keys over to someone to fulfil a dream is a lot. Here at Van Nest Campers Ltd we keep you updated along the way. Weekly updates and optional fortnightly meetings via Zoom allow you to be kept in the loop and ask any niggling questions throughout the process.

Don’t want to be kept updated? Some people would prefer for the end result to be a surprise - that’s fine too! Just let us know at the start of your conversion if you’d prefer not to be updated throughout the process.

Throughout the year, we have a number of available slots for conversions. Unlike some other campervan conversion companies we do not convert more than one customer van at a time. Meaning all the attention is placed on your vehicle.

This does however mean there may be a slight wait for an available slot for conversion.

Subject to the development of your campervan some things can be altered - this would depend on what’s been ordered and built already. Speak to us as soon as you can for the best chance of a change being accepted.

Most of the vans we convert are long wheel-base vans, but we have done vans as small as VW T4s to extra long wheel-bases. Quoting will reflect the size of your vehicle.

Although we have set layout designs, we do offer personalisation to these designs.

From colour choices to tile choices, there’s plenty of options for you to make you campervan conversion your own.

Here at Van Nest Campers Ltd all vans go through a double insulation process.

We insulate each panel using recycled plastic insulation (none of that itchy fibreglass in sight!) topped with bubble foil insulation for extra warmth on those cold winter nights.

Absolutely! Some of our previous campervan conversions are up for rent through Quirky Campers. If you are interested in seeing these builds, just let us know during the consultation!

All of our builds work on a payment plan, with a percentage of the quote being due at particular stages in the camper conversion build.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer finance options.
